Currently, we ship nationwide within Pakistan.

  • Major Cities: 2–3 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during sales, promotions, or public holidays.

📦 Courier Partner

We ship all orders through PostEx.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.

💵 Payment Method

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Poshak Villa. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
  • Stitched or customized items are not eligible for return or refund.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or stitched products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.

📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Note your Order Number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. The return address is mentioned on the courier slip received with your parcel.
  4. Send the parcel back using a reliable courier service.
