Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item:
- The product will be inspected by our team.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
💳 Refund Method
Since we offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed via:
- Bank transfer, or
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa (as agreed with customer)
🚫 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For example:
If delivery of a 1kg parcel costs Rs. 250, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
